
Orders can be provided in any of the following formats:
All orders should contain the following information:
- Company Name (if applicable)
- Billing Address
- Shipping Address (if different than billing address)
- Contact Name and Telephone Number
- Product number and/or description
- Quantity
- Text copy
- Artwork (if applicable)
- Anticipated delivery/pickup date

- Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Cash
- Personal or Business Check
- Money Order
- Debit Cards
- Preapproved accounts on 30-day terms
- Business Purchase Order (requires preapproval)
Please note that in accordance with PA State law, a $20 fee will apply to any check returned for insufficient funds.

Customers are responsible for all text copy provided for orders. Awards & Beyond is not responsible for typographical errors on orders submitted via email or fax. Additional charges may be incurred for items which are engraved as specified by the customer but must be redone to correct errors.

Artwork is accepted in either "camera ready" or "as is" format.
Camera ready artwork is that which can be used without any clean-up or touch-up required. This would include artwork that is in black and white format and has distinct lines and/or included text. Customer is responsible for all text and artwork that is submitted as camera ready.
Any artwork that is not submitted as camera ready artwork will be considered "as is" and is subject to an art charge and/or setup fee.
Examples of non-camera ready artwork:
- Color photos, graphics or text
- Grayscale photos, graphics or text
- Photocopied or faxed copies of photos, graphics or text (pertaining to logos and artwork only)
- Letterhead, envelope or business card photos, graphics or text
- Artwork that has been distorted or damaged
Artwork is accepted as follows:
- 3.5" floppy diskette
- CD-ROM
- Email
Artwork format:
- PC files only (no Macs, sorry)
- Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
- Corel Draw
- Exported EPS file
- Bitmaps (.bmp) and JPEGS (.jpg)
- Other formats may be accepted for an additional charge. Contact us for details.

Standard production time is two weeks from the date an order is placed. Special orders and repair orders may take longer. Bronze plaque orders require a minimum of 6 weeks notice. A delivery date is typically discussed when the order is placed and rush service can be ordered, if necessary, on items when available.

Standard shipping is via UPS unless otherwise stated. Priority shipping is available for additional charges. Please inform us of any special shipping needs when your order is placed.
We take great care when packaging your order to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. Please inspect packages before accepting delivery from driver. Damaged packages should be refused. Customer assumes responsibility for any damages noticed AFTER package has been delivered.
